Brad Holmes, Associate Pastor of Praise & Worship

Brad joined us in August of 2008 as Associate Pastor of Praise and Worship. Brad and his wife Karen come to us from the First Baptist Church of Hobbs, New Mexico, where he served as Associate Pastor of Worship and Senior Adults from 1998 to 2008. Prior to that, Brad served as Minister of Music at the First Baptist Church in Tulia, Texas. He is a graduate of North Texas State University in Denton, Texas where he earned Bachelor and Masters degrees in Vocal Performance and Choral Conducting. Brad also enjoys playing racquetball to keep in shape, hiking and backpacking, movies, watching sports, and hanging out with his wife and kids, Abby, Kyle and Emily. Karen earned a degree in Education from North Texas State University and is an elementary school teacher. Brad’s passion is to lead God’s people into the worship of Almighty God, on His terms, for His pleasure, and for His glory.
